Zenergize offers a number of massage modalities from the basics -- Swedish and deep tissue -- to the highly specialized -- lymphatic drainage and Maternity. Your personal needs will differ from that of our next client, so each therapy starts with a brief review of your needs:

Reviewing your needs and changing clothes before and after the therapy take time. Our commitment for a one-hour therapy is 50 minutes of hands-on massage. For a 1.5 hour therapy, we commit to 75 minutes of hands-on. This commitment can be jeopardized by your late arrival, so please be on time for your appointment.
Our therapists are all trained in the basic modalities. Additionally each therapist offers different specialties to meet your needs. They are all committed to helping you have a better and healthier day through the power and healing touch of massage therapy.

Zenergize Wellness Massage
Our signature treatment! You and your therapist will design a session focused on your unique needs: muscle pain, relaxation, whole healing and more. Modalities that may be integrated in this customized therapy can include Swedish, Deep Tissue, NMT, reflexology, energy work, and other therapeutic techniques as your therapist sees fit.

Sports Massage
Sports massage consists of specific components designed to reduce injuries, alleviate inflammation, and provide warm-up, etc. for amateur and professional athletes before, during, and after their training regimens.
1 hour: $80 1.5 hours: $115
Deep Tissue
Techniques which utilize deep tissue massage affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. It helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation, and reduces inflammation-related pain.
1 hour: $80 1.5 hours: $115
Neuromuscular Therapy
Balances the body's central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. Helps relieve pain. It is used to locate and release spasms and hypercontraction in the tissue, eliminate trigger points, rebuild the strength of injured tissues, and restore flexibility.
1 hour: $80 1.5 hours: $115
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is unique. The therapist palpates the lymphatic flow, and then identifies the rhythm, direction, and quality of the lymphatic flow. The practitioner maps the lymphatic flow to find alternate pathways for drainage. Be sure to drink plenty of water the day before, of, and after your session.

Pregnancy Massage
Reduce discomforts and concerns of pregnancy and enhance the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus. May require referral from physician prior to therapy.

Swedish/Spa Massage
This is a luxury spa massage. Swedish sessions are designed to enhance rest and circulation with longer, lighter strokes. It is the gift of touch.

This modality uses heated stones of varying shapes and sizes to elicit physical healing and mental relaxation. Hot stone is an addition to any massage. Let one of our specially certified therapists promote your well being.
